Makeup Services - Terms and Conditions
*The service will be provided by a Professional makeup artist, certified by a makeup and beauty institution endorsed by the SEP.
-A makeup artist will be appointed according to your convenience and available schedule.
*On the day of the makeup trial, the CLIENT must express their concerns about their makeup and hairstyle to be resolved immediately.
-Once said test has been carried out and documented with photographs, if the client wishes a second test due to untimely changes. The client must absorb the cost of $700.
*If the CLIENT decides to cancel their requested service, before or after the test, in none of these cases will a cash refund apply, only in service, as long as they have canceled with at least one
month in advance
to the scheduled date for final service. In turn, you must have paid the total amount of services contracted, otherwise, the refund of services will not proceed and a penalty of 100% will be applied to the total paid to ISABLUE MAKEUP.
- If a refund is applied for services, it must be valid for the next six months after canceling.
*The service will be reserved with 50% of the total cost.
*If the bridal package was contracted with a discount, for having added makeup services for ladies or extras. In case of cancellation by ladies or extras, there are no cash refunds. However, the cost of the NOVIA service will be restored to the original price of the package.
*In case of change of time in the service, notify at least one week in advance.
*For the makeup and hair test, the ISABLUE MAKEUP team will reserve a two-hour space to carry it out. In case of delay on the part of the CLIENT, (maximum half an hour), the time will be deducted from their test and if the time is not enough for the CLIENT (after having failed to keep their appointment at the scheduled time) a new session of testing will be charged. makeup/hair trial.
-If additional makeup testing is required on another day and time, the client must cover a cost of $700.
-If additional hairstyle testing is required on another day and time, the client must cover a cost of $400.
*All makeup tests are subject to reservation and availability of the ISABLUE MAKEUP team and our facilities.
*The cost of all services is in CDMX, if the service is required in any other state of the republic, the cost varies.
-The cost of travel must be quoted with your sales agent.
*In case of payment through Paypal, an additional 4% commission is charged.
*In the case of makeup with touch-ups, the schedule must be stipulated at least 72 hours prior to the event.
-If you do not comply with the established schedules, the time will be deducted from your touch-up hours.
*If you require an invoice, please request it to support@isabluemakeup.com.

Shipping Policy
*Check the coverage area with FREE shipping and payment on delivery.
*At the moment we do not ship outside of Mexico.
